We work hard to ensure every order is processed and shipped properly.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Please allow additional time during high-volume drops or holidays.

Shipping Time

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–10 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Please note: shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays outside of our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Lost or Delayed Packages

CreationsByAidan is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier.

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, contact us at  contact@creationsbyaidan.com and we will help you file a claim with the carrier.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
