Refund Policy – CreationsByAidan

All sales made through CreationsByAidan are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:

• Your order number

• Clear photos and/or video of the damaged item

• Photos of the original packaging

Once reviewed and approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Situations

CreationsByAidan is not responsible for:

• Items damaged due to improper use or care

• Normal wear and tear after use

• Size or fit issues

• Buyer’s regret or change of mind

• Items claimed outside of the 48-hour window
